- The Policy Planning Center plays a key role in establishing a foundation for innovative management through various activities-such as research, planning, archiving, and networking-to revitalize cultural policy research in the Busan region and promote the realization of social values.

- We promote local culture and arts and create a foundation for cultural and artistic creation through support for Busan artists and art groups. In addition, we present a model for artist welfare projects that can coexist with the Busan community and, furthermore, we are leading the way in realizing the social value of artists and expanding and activating the local art creation environment with artist welfare policies that fit our circumstances.

- Hongti Are Center, F1963, and downtown creative space Totatoga dream of cultural regeneration through culture and art and play the role of a complex cultural space created by citizens and artists. They operate cultural and artistic projects based on public value and artistic excellence by utilizing various spaces and create a unique environment for the cultural ecosystem through diverse activities.

- In order to respond to future changes and drive future growth engines, we operate various projects to support and lay the foundation for young artists’creative activities. In addition, it distribute excellent performing arts works and hold a citizen festival-type Busan International Performing Arts Market for innovation in convergence-linked projects, and provide citizens with opportunities to enjoy artists’experimental and creative artistic activities through street art using urban spaces.

- Based on local cultural assets in Busan, we want to promote a sustainable living culture in our lives to spread cultural life and guarantee civic culture. We carry out projects to realize the social role of art that enhances citizens’ emotional healing and community recovery and to come up with countermeasures against social problems. We also serve as a platform to support various artistic expressions by disabled and non-disabled artists through the operation of the Dugu Creative Space

- It serves as a control tower for Busan culture and arts education by establishing a regional culture and arts education foundation and establishing a cooperative network. It plans and operates educational programs that encompass generation and classes, and spreads social participation and the value of publicity through art. It operates a creative space for disabled artists called Ongru to support disabled arts, and promotes expanded cultural diversity and social change. In addition, it runs the Busan Sea Library, which is set in sea of Busan, to expand the culture of reading books and expand opportunities for cultural experiences in everyday life.

- Based on the Joseon Tongsinsa, Busan’s cultural asset, we want to continue the spirit of sincerity, trust, and community cooperation and spread future-oriented cultural exchanges and social values of culture and arts between Korea and Japan. We will develop various cultural contents based on the Joseon Tongsinsa Records’registered as UNESCO World Heritage to spread historical and cultural values. In addition, we respect cultural differences through culture and arts and promote mutual understanding and empathy to realize cultural diversity and lay the foundation for a global cultural city.
